Description
The Opalka tomato is a highly sought-after Polish heirloom known for its rich, sweet flavor, meatiness, and low seed count. Reaching maturity in about 85 days, these elongated 3 to 6-inch "torpedo" shaped fruits are widely considered one of the best varieties for making homemade paste, sauces, and canning.
